Chothani Foods Ltd re-appoints Neeraj Ashok Chothani as MD

Neeraj Ashok Chothani has been re-appointed as Managing Director of Chothani Foods Limited with effect from March 9, 2027. Neeraj has been associated with the leadership since the company's incorporation/formative stages, serving as MD since March 2017.

Meanwhile, Sunil Shivji Chothani has been re-appointed as Whole-Time Director of the company with effect from March 9, 2027. Separately, Raviprakash Narayan Vyas has been re-appointed as an Independent Director with effect from April 19, 2027.
