HM Electro Mech Ltd re-appoints Dipak Pandya as CMD

Dipak Padamakant Pandya has been re-appointed as Chairman and Managing Director of H.M. Electro Mech Limited with effect from January 29, 2027. An engineering graduate Dipak has over 20 years of experience in electro-mechanical Instrumentation. He looks at the Projects, Operations & Maintenance and HR department of the company.

Meanwhile, Mahendra Ramabhai Patel has been re-appointed as Whole-Time Director with effect from January 29, 2027. He has about two decades of experience in electro-mechanical Instrumentation. He oversees the Overall Tendering, Designing & Engineering and Procurement department of the company.

Likewise, Mita Dipak Pandya has been re-appointed as Whole-Time Director with effect from June 11, 2027. She has over 15 years of experience in office management work.
