Voltas Ltd appoints Sunil D’Souza as Chairman; Noel Tata to retire

Sunil Alaric D’Souza has been appointed as Chairman of Voltas Limited with effect from November 12, 2026, succeeding Noel N. Tata, who will retire as Chairman and Director, upon attaining the age of superannuation, and has been appointed Chairman Emeritus, effective the same date.

Meanwhile, Venkatesalu Palaniswamy has been appointed as an Additional Non-Executive Non-Independent Director with effect from November 12, 2026. Separately, Mukundan Menon C.P. bow out as Managing Director upon completing his tenure on May 24, 2027.
