Union Territories: Youngest Collector

IAS Nitish Rajora, Deputy Commissioner of Changthang, Andaman & Nicobar Islands and IAS Rahul Dev Boora, Collector of Diu are the youngest District Collectors serving across the Union Territories. Both officers were born in 1998 and belong to the 2021 batch of the AGMUT Cadre.
