Umesh Kumar appointed ADG in BPR&D (UPDATED)

Umesh Kumar, IPS (Karnataka: 1995), has been appointed Additional Director General (ADG) in the Bureau of Police Research and Development (BPR&D) on deputation until February 29, 2028, the date of his superannuation.
