Technojet Consultants appoints Nimesh Singh as Chairman; five directors and KMP resign

Nimesh Sahadeo Singh has been appointed as Chairman and Additional Executive Director of Technojet Consultants Limited. Meanwhile, Sharad Kumar Vyas has been appointed as an Additional Non-Executive Independent Director of the company. Besides, Nitin Hariyantlal Datanwala and Sanjive Arora have resigned as Independent Directors, while Jairaj Champaklal Bham and Bakhtavar Ady Pardiwalla have resigned as Directors.
