Karnataka DGP Alok Kumar contests objections to his appointment in SIT

Karnataka DGP Alok Kumar has contested the state government’s objections to his appointment as head of the Special Investigation Team (SIT) probing alleged irregularities in KPSC recruitments and written to the Chief Secretary, challenging the allegations cited against him and insisting that the government place the correct judicial record before the Supreme Court.
