Karamtara Engineering Ltd appoints Ajoy Mehta as Ind. Director

Ajoy Mehta has been appointed as Additional Non-Executive Independent Directors of Karamtara Engineering Limited with effect from November 5, 2026. Mehta, a former Chief Secretary of the Maharashtra Government and Chairperson of MahaRERA, has extensive experience in governance, infrastructure, energy and urban development, including around 10 years in the power sector.
