Directorate of Enforcement under direct judicial scrutiny

The Supreme Court has specifically asked why IPS officers continue to be placed in CAPFs and whether the forces themselves requisitioned them. The Court also questioned whether CAPFs have sufficiently qualified cadre officers for senior managerial positions.
