Cognizant’s Rajesh Varrier joins Federal Bank board as Addl. Director

Rajesh Varrier has been appointed Additional Director in the category of Non-Executive Independent Director on the board of Federal Bank Limited. Varrier is President, Global Operations at Cognizant and Chairman and Managing Director of Cognizant India. He leads the company’s global software engineering operations and oversees its India operations. Before joining Cognizant in September 2024, he held senior leadership roles at Infosys, including EVP and Head of Global Services and Infosys Americas, and served as Chief Information and Digital Officer at Aditya Birla Sun Life Insurance.
