IAS Nikhil Dhanraj Nippanikar, a 2018 batch Bihar cadre officer currently serving as District Magistrate of Munger and Deepak Kumar Mishra, a 2019 Batch Bihar cadre officer currently serving as District Magistrate of Rohtas are the youngest Collector in the state of Bihar. Both are 1994 born.
