Arihant Superstructures appoints Pradeep Mehta as Ind. Director

Pradeep Mehta has been appointed as an Additional Non-Executive Independent Director of Arihant Superstructures Limited for a five-year term with effect from October 23, 2026, subject to shareholders’ approval. He is currently Group Chief Financial Officer of Sanghvi Movers Limited and has over 30 years of experience in financial leadership, corporate governance and strategic management.
