ACC approve in-situ upgradation of four officers to Special Secretary level

The ACC has approved in-situ upgradation of four officers to the level of Special Secretary in the rank and pay of Secretary to the Government of India. The officers are: Mrityunjay Kumar Narayan (IAS, UP, 1995), Registrar General of India and Census Commissioner, MHA; Santosh Kumar Yadav (IAS, UP, 1995), Chairman, NHAI; Rajeev Singh Thakur (IAS, Rajasthan, 1995) and Dilip Kumar (IAS, Punjab, 1995).
